honestly the vent staff is so helpful. if you have an issue with your account or if the app is a bit buggy, you can literally just tag them in a post (their user is @Vent) and tell them the problem, and theyll respond (they might tell you to send an email) and/or resolve it in a few hours ! latest is probably a day, but they usually dont take that long.
most, if not all the community is nice and caring. Vent will usually delete a user if they receive multiple complaints about them (for ex: if the user is leaving inappropriate comments on other peoples vents, harassing other users etc).
i guess the only issue would be the messaging system, but Vent never stops making new updates which always significantly improve the app. ive had Vent since november 2014 and it has improved greatly. this app never stops getting better
