Generally a very kind and respectful community. I have very seldom seen bullying or hate. In fact, Ive only seen it once, out of the entire time Ive had my account (as of about a week ago, thats one year). I find the app layout to be very modern & inviting (although I think this is kind of up to you), and the vent team very responsive, as well as interactive, with users. I have a few minor problems with the app, such as the most discussed and on the rise pages, which I dislike. Over all, it is well worth having an account for the vibrant and caring community, the role played in choosing app features (users vote in polls to select new emotion categories), and most importantly a smear that even if you are just shouting into the Internet, chances are someone is reading it and imagining that they could hug you.

This app is amazing, the community, staff and layout is all great! Vent is a great place to go make friends and share your thoughts. Ive been with this app for over a year now and have enjoyed every minute of it. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

This app has helped me make new friends, and made me feel safe. This is such a safe place to be, its unbelievable. There are really nice users on there, its great. Outstanding.

So Like many others, I didnt have the ideal childhood and Im not living the perfect life so I turn to people for help. Upon finding Vent through an advertisement, I gave it a shot and thought it was amazing. It gave me the supportive social media feel I have been looking for. Now I am able to open up & show my true colors to others just like me. Thank you Vent Team for making an app us people with problems can use to share our lives amongst each other with no hate at all.

The vent staff and community are all so friendly! Typically youd expect an app like this to have a lot of drama, but we all really seem to love each other and are generally nice people. Very well done. Super user-friendly. Staff is very helpful and attentive when theres an issue. Staff does a good job incorporating its users into any major decisions they make. Love it.

When first downloading this app I was suspicious if it actually provided the type of community it advertised. Vent has exceeded my expectations and the community has greatly helped me through hard times. At least for me, I found it super easy to create a community on the app who actually cared about me. The staff are very personable and open to suggestions--its clear that they do really care about the people on the app. The only thing preventing me from rating the app 5 stars is because there has been a lot of drama lately on the app. However, this is more of an issue with certain members of the community rather than the app itself.

So nice to have a safe place to vent!

I used to use Tumblr and Snapchat to vent about how I was miserable or how Im so confused or stressed. But soon my friends started worrying more and more about me while I just wanted a safe place to write down my feelings. Vent is a great place to simply write how you feel without worrying about your friends reactions. While I appreciate their help sometimes I just need to write it out. Some people use this as social media which is reeeeeeally weird, but whatever you choose to do with Vent, its really a great place for those like me who like to write out their problems instead of talk about them.

This app is nothing but amazing with an amazing community, and vent always listens to community requests! I honestly couldnt survive without venting on this app ❤️

Its got its little flaws and bugs but no way could I give his app anything less that 5 stars. People are so flipping helpful and care so much. It doesnt matter who you are, they care. Of course there are gonna be some bad eggs that try to be mean to you but hey! Thats what the block and report button are for! About the bad reviews, dont listen to them. Seriously. The Vent team does its best to keep the community a nontoxic place. If youre harassing users, using extreme slurs, or being a flat out bigot, you will be deleted. Ive been harassed and suicide baited by users that claim they have done nothing wrong when they get deleted. Most bad reviews here are playing victim and down grading a wonderful app that has helped so many people. 10/10 would recommend

Its simple, cute, and the developers are constantly asking us for our opinions or feedback which makes it feel like they care :-)

I absolutely love love love! Vent. It has become my ho to app for everything. You can meet really amazing and supportive people, you can get out your deepest emotions, and darkest secrets without being judged. Or just find someone to chat with. I just love it!

Would be five stars if the "Forgot Password" ACTUALLY WORKED!

The app is amazing but the private messaging portion of the app refuses to work for me, it states there has been some sort of connection time out

I didnt use this app a lot bc of its disgusting icon Please change it to more normal style like VNT maybe or something

The number one thing that stands out about Vent is the fact that the staff is attentive to its userbase. They routinely take suggestions from their customers, and continuously work on bettering the app to make it a positive experience for all. Well done. The only complaint I have is that there should be a limit on how many people someone can tag in one post. I have been tagged many times in mass-tagged posts (over 30 people tagged) and it really slows down my app. I suggest implementing a limit of 5 tags per post to cut down on the amount of spam and crashes resulting from mass-tagging. Overall, kudos, Vent!
